This is a petition under section 24 CPC for transfer of proceedings under section 13 of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 from the court at Patti to another district. Only ground agitated before this court is that son of respondentlandlord is practicing in the court at Patti. I do not find it a sufficient ground for transfer of petition. Even otherwise jurisdiction would vest under the Act in the court at Patti. There is nothing on record to show that members of the Bar have refused to appear for the petitioner. In view of above, present petition is without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
