ASHWANI KUMAR MISHRA , J (ORAL) Petitioners are aggrieved by the demand raised against them of Rs.64.64 lacs which included various heads from serial No.A to E. So far as serial No. C to E is concerned, appellate authority has already intervened in the matters and counsel for the respondent-State submits that such demand shall not be pressed against the petitioner as of now and an undertaking given by the petitioner to abide by the ultimate adjudication made in respect of such demand would suffice. So far as item No.A and B is concerned, the petitioners undertake to deposit the amount in terms of liberty extended by the respondents for deposit of such amount.

In that view of the matter, petition stands disposed of with the direction upon the parties to act in terms of the aforesaid whereupon no further demand would be pressed against them. Any amount, if already paid, shall be adjusted in terms of it.
