Mr.Amardeep Sheoran, Advocate for the petitioners. RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J.(Oral) On 08.11.2019, the following order was passed :- "Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners had purchased the land in dispute but at present, he does not have its sale deed today. Therefore, he prays for an adjournment to place on record the sale deed. On his request, adjourned to 28.11.2019."

Thereafter, on 28.11.2019, the following order was passed: "Counsel for the petitioners prays for more time to comply with the order dated 8.11.2019 passed by this Court.

On his request, adjourned to 12.02.2020.

It is made clear that if compliance of the order dated 8.11.2019 is not made on or before the next date of hearing then the petition would be dismissed for non prosecution."

Counsel for the petitioner is still praying for an adjournment as order dated 8.11.2019 has not been complied with so far. Since our order dated 28.11.2019 was peremptory, therefore, there is no question of granting a further adjournment and thus, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
