(Oral) We have granted the appellant the extension of time to deposit the amount which the appellant was required to deposit as a condition precedent to the maintainability of the appeal vide order of even date in C.M. 12448-CII of 2015 in STA No. 06 of 2015. This appeal is disposed of in the same terms. Further in event of the amount being deposited as directed by or order in C.M. 12448-CII of 2015 in STA No. 06 of 2015, the impugned order shall stand set aside and the appeal is to be heard on merits. Needless to add that if the appellant does not deposit the entire amount as directed, the appeal stand stand dismissed.
