Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition for transfer of civil suit from Fatehabad to Hisar. Petitioner herself instituted the suit seeking declaration that she was the owner of 1/12th share of the suit property alongwith certain other reliefs. At present, proceedings are in progress before the civil suit. Only plea before this court is that petitioner is being threatened at Fatehabad. However, there is nothing to support this plea except the DDR. Admittedly, petitioner's suit is pursued by counsel representing the plaintiff/petitioner. There is no ground to transfer the proceedings from the court where jurisdiction is actually vested. Dismissed.
