This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under section 13 of the Act from the court at Hisar to Rohtak. It is urged before the court that certain proceedings are already pending in the courts at Rohtak. Petitioner is unemployed and is dependent on her parents. Besides she has a minor child to look after. It would be difficult for her to defend the proceedings at Hisar. Respondent remain unrepresented today.

Keeping in view aforesaid contentions, facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under section 13 of the Act be transferred from Hisar to a court of coordinate jurisdiction at Rohtak. December 07, 2016 (RAJAN GUPTA) Ajay JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
