(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier vide Annexure P-11 dated 03.05.2019 he was promoted as Sub Fire Officer and now fully eligible for consideration of promotion to the post of Fire Station Officer, thus, craves indulgence of this Court for issuing direction to respondents to consider his case for promotion to the post of Fire Station Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Director General, Urban Local Bodies-cum-Fire Services, Haryana, Bays No.13 to 15, Sector 4, Panchkula to consider the representations dated 20.05.2019, 28.06.2019 and 09.07.2019 (Annexures P-13 to P-15 respectively) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 2nd respondent-Director General, Urban Local Bodies-cum-Fire Services, Haryana, Bays No.11 to 14, Sector 4 Panchkula to consider the representations dated 20.05.2019, 28.06.2019 and 09.07.2019 (Annexures P-13 to P-15 respectively) within a period of PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.23 10:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.29942 of 2019 (O&M) -2two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
