(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of divorce proceedings initiated by the respondent from the court at Bathinda to Jalandhar/Ludhiana. Reply by way of affidavit of the respondent-Jyoti Sarup Joura, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Respondent is present in person pursuant to order dated October 24, 2016. He has tendered unconditional apology for his conduct. He further submits he will not repeat such conduct and try to hoodwink the court. He further states that proceedings under Section 12 pending at Bathinda, have been withdrawn. In view of the above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
