Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of divorce proceedings from Gurgaon to Karnal. Admittedly, trial of the case has been made some headway. It is now fixed for evidence of the petitioner. Under the circumstances, this court does not find any ground to transfer the proceedings. It is, however, directed that respondent-husband shall be liable to pay Rs.5000/- as litigation/travelling expenses to the petitioner on the dates on which she has to appear before the court at Gurgaon. Disposed of.
