Vide order passed on 3.3.2020 last opportunity was granted to the appellants for impleading LRs of respondent observing that in case the appellants fail to file the appropriate application in the Registry within two weeks the appeal shall be deemed to be dismissed without being put up before the Bench.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that despite his best efforts he could not contact the appellants and file the application for bringing on record LRs of the respondent.

Under the circumstances, this appeal cannot proceed further and is dismissed for non-prosecution.
