Petitioner has sought transfer of proceedings from the court of Additional District Judge, Sangrur to any other court. According to counsel, petitioner has apprehension that Presiding Officer is distant relation of respondent. Similar application was moved before the District Judge, Sangrur. However, he dismissed the same observing that Presiding Officer has clarified that he has no concern with any of the parties. Under the circumstances, this court has no doubt that case shall be decided strictly in accordance with law and on the basis of evidence on record.
