(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') from the court at Jalandhar to Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Act has been withdrawn. In view of statement made by him, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
