As per the office report there has been no compliance of the order dated 23.10.2019. Learned counsel for the appellant states that despite a registered letter written by the counsel to the appellant on 11.11.2019, there has been no response from the appellant. The address on which the said letter was written is the same address as given in the memo of parties. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
