(Oral) This is a petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking transfer of proceedings under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act'), from the Family Court at Bhiwani to any other court.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has levelled certain allegations against the presiding officer as would be clear from the application, Annexure A-2.

Admittedly, the proceedings in the case have already culminated and it is fixed for arguments today. Not much credence can be given to the allegations levelled in the application.

This court has no doubt that the case would be decided by the concerned court in accordance with law and on the basis of evidence available on record.
