The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 25.08.2023 (Annexure P-1) whereby one more opportunity was granted to the plaintiff-respondent No.1 herein for examining the witness.

Today a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of the arguing counsel for the petitioner on the ground that he is in personal difficulty.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff-respondent No.1 has handed a copy of the judgment dated 04.07.2024 whereby the suit of the plaintiffrespondent No.1 itself has been dismissed rendering the present revision petition as infructuous.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
