Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.06 dated 05.01.2023, under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (Section 29 of the NDPS was added later on) registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Ambala Cantt, District Ambala.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
