(Oral) On instructions from Mr. Kulwant Singh, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, learned State counsel submits that appropriate action has already been taken against the erring officials. The Director Rural Development and Panchayats has received the enquiry report and show cause notice has already been issued to the Sarpanch. As far as respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are concerned, an FIR shall soon be registered against them.

In view of the aforementioned submissions, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
