The present petition has been filed under inter alia praying for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to initiate action on the representation dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to pursue her representation before the competent authority and take all other appropriate remedies as available to her in accordance with law.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
