*   It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that the marriage between the parties to the lis, had taken place on 21.09.2018. One daughter born from the said wedlock, who is about 4 years old, and she is in the care and custody of the applicant. On account of the matrimonial discord, the parties are residing separate. Also, it is submitted that the applicant was earlier working as IELTS Instructor, but she had discontinued her job, on account of the disturbed matrimonial life. At present, she is totally dependent upon her parental family. Even, she has filed the petition under Section 144 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 i.e. MNT125/86/2024, which is pending in the Courts at Mukerian. Also, she has got lodged an FIR bearing No.62 dated 12.08.

2024, under Sections 406 and 498A IPC, at Police Station Talwara, which is pending investigation.
