Another prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to make the payment of arrears of maintenance in some installments.

Considering the aforesaid request, it is directed that in case the petitioner pays 50% of the arrears of maintenance within a period of 15 days from today, the petitioner would be at liberty to pay the remaining arrears of maintenance in six equated installments within the next six months. It is further made clear that the aforesaid arrangement is being made subject to the condition that the petitioner keeps on paying monthly maintenance regularly as awarded by the Trial Court.
