This order of mine shall dispose of two regular second appeals bearing RSA No.1273 of 2017 titled as "Suman and another V/s Rajinder Singh and others" and RSA No.4255 of 2017 titled as "Rajinder Singh V/s Suman and others", arising out of the decision of the suit bearing No.168 of 2008 titled as "Suman and another V/s Rajinder Singh and others"

CM stands disposed of.

MAIN CASES During the pendency of the appeals, a compromise (Annexure A-1) had been arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for the appellant in RSA No.4255 of 2017 and respondent in RSA-1273-2017 has handed over two cheques bearing No.042709 and 042710 amounting to `6,50,000/- each, in favour the appellants in RSA-1273-2017 and respondent Nos.1 & 2 in RSA-42552017. This fact has not been disputed by the counsel for the appellants in RSA-1273-2017.

Accordingly, the appeals are disposed of keeping in terms of compromise (Annexure A-1). The compromise be made part of the order.
