(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that dispute between the parties stand resolved and, thus, nothing substantive survives in this appeal. However, he submits that written instructions and a copy of the compromise/settlement is still awaited.

In the wake of the above, the appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, if any dispute, cause of action or interest still survives, the appellants shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application for restoration of the appeal for its decision on merits.
