This is a petition under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code for transfer of the proceedings under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, initiated by the respondent-husband at Ambala.
Counsel for both the parties inform that the petitioner-wife has been granted a decree of divorce by the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ropar, and the husband- respondent has withdrawn the application under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, at Ambala.
In view of said circumstances, this application for transfer is disposed of as having rendered infructuous without prejudice to the legal rights of the parties. (M.M.S. BEDI) April 20, 2015.
