(Oral) This is an application under Section 151 CPC seeking permission for withdrawal of the main appeal, in view of the compromise affected between the parties whereby the appellant has decided to vacate the shop in question with his own free will and does not want to pursue the appeal against the respondentlandlord. Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions from the appellant who is present in the Court has informed the Court that the appellant is ready to vacate the shop in question and the matter has been amicably settled. In view of the above, the application is allowed and the main appeal is disposed of, in view of the compromise affected between the parties.
