Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of order dated 05.12.2018, Annexure P-6, passed by respondent No.1, order dated 24.01.2014, Annexure P-5, passed by respondent No.2, order dated 22.01.2008,Annexure P-4, passed by respondent No.3, order dated 30.08.2007,Annexure P-3, passed by respondent No.4, and Sanad Taksim, dated 29.07.2019, Annexure P-9, whereby partition has been wrongly done and same is in violation of mode of partition. It is further prayed to direct respondents No.1 to 4 to properly conduct the partition in accordance with mode of partition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy as available to him under the law.
