***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, has informed that the entire prosecution evidence has been recorded and the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for recording defense evidence and for arguments.

Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case there is inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
