This is a transfer application of proceedings under the Act from the court of Faridkot to a court of coordinate jurisdiction at Bathinda. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to para 6 of the petition in support of his plea. Admittedly, trial of the case has made some headway and case is at the stage of arguments at present. No case for transfer of proceedings is, thus made out. This court has no doubt that the concerned court shall decide the case as per the evidence on record and in accordance with law. Disposed of.
