The present criminal revision petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 01.07.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby, the respondent had directed to pay the interim maintenance of Rs. 8,000/- (Rs. 5,000/- per month to petitioner No. 1 and Rs. 3,000/- per month to petitioner No. 2) from the date of filing of the application.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and he has the instructions to withdraw the same.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
