SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.102 dated 11.05.2024 under Sections 408,420 IPC registered at P.S Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar. This Court vide order dated 20.09.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 20.09.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Narinder Singh, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

In view of the above, the order dated 20.09.2024 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. ( SANDEEP MOUDGIL ) JUDGE 27.01.2025 manoj
