(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.0071 dated 11.07.2021 registered under Section 406 and 420 at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar, Punjab.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Jaswinder Singh, P.S. Chamkaur Sahib, Rupnagar submits that the petitioner has been found to be innocent during investigation of the aforementioned FIR and a final report in this regard already stands presented before the Illaqa Magistrate. 3.

In view of the aforesaid nothing requires to be adjudicated upon in the present petition, however, the respondent No.2-complainant may avail his remedies in accordance with law.
