Prayer made in the application is to extent that there are two separate litigation between the parties i.e. petition under Section 13 of The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, at the instance of respondent-husband, is pending at Bathinda, whereas another litigation under Section 125 Cr.P.C., at the instance of applicant-wife, is pending at Bhiwani. Petitioner has taken the plea that she is residing at Bhiwani and it is very difficult for her to travel alone for attending the Court proceedings at Bathinda from Bhiwani.

In view of these grounds, the present transfer application is accepted. The case titled Mani Kant Gautam @ Mani Vs. Renu stands withdrawn from Bathinda Court and transferred to the Courts at Bhiwani. 4.

On that date, the parties shall appear before the District Judge, Bhiwani, who may keep the matter with him for disposal or entrust the same to some other Court of competent jurisdiction. 5.

Order be conveyed accordingly.
