Dated Police Station Sections 10.10.2018 Raja Sansi, Amritsar 306/506 IPC Seeking directions to the learned trial Court at Amritsar (Punjab) to alter the charges framed by enhancing Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B IPC in Sessions case No.SC234 of 2022 in the FIR captioned above, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS 2023. 2.

On 27.11.2024, this Court had passed the following order:- "Petitioner seeks adjournment.

Counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, submits that in an another petition bearing number CRM-M-29149-2022, vide order dated 19.12.2022, proceedings were stayed qua one accused-Varun Sachdeva, however trial against the remaining accused continued and vide judgment dated 29.10.2024, they have been acquitted by the trial Court. Given above, the present petition has rendered infructuous. Let the petitioner get instructions about the statement made above. List on 29.11.2024."
