Petitioner seeks transfer of Civil Appeal No. 314 of 2015 titled as Madan Gopal vs. Bal Krishan & ors from Fatehabad to Sirsa. Only ground urged before this court is that petitioner has not been able to avail the services of the counsel due to certain difficulties at District Fatehabad. This petition is disposed of with the direction with in case petitioner moves a written application, District Judge, Fatehabad shall consider the same and provide a counsel to the petitioner through Legal Aid.
