RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 and also direct respondent No.2 to decide the representation, dated 14.09.2024, Annexure P-4, as per law and in a time bound and expeditious manner and also not to implicate him in any false criminal case. It is further prayed to grant ad-interim protection of life and liberty of the petitioner till the disposal of the present petition. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him in accordance with law. Allowed as prayed for.
