This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 25.04.2025 passed in CWP-21262-2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has filed the compliance report by way of affidavit of Shashank Kumar Sawan, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Hisar, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned State counsel has submitted that the compliance has duly been made and petitioner No.1 who has since retired would receive his benefits within a period of two weeks from today and the remaining who are in service would get their benefits at the time of retirement. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
