Since there is no opposition to the application, the averments made therein are accepted to be true and correct on the principle of non-traverse. The prayer is accepted. The petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1995 filed by the husband of the petitioner in the Court at Malout is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Barnala. Necessary formalities be completed to give effect to this order.
The application is allowed.
