The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.3 to decide his appeals in a time bound manner. 2.

The petitioner claims that he has preferred three appeals on 01.03.2024 against orders dated 24.03.2023 (Annexures P-1 & P-3) and 14.04.2023 (Annexure P-2).

Mr.G.S.Nahel, Advocate submits that grievance of the petitioner would be redressed, at this stage, if appellate authority is directed to decide his appeals in a time bound manner. The respondent has forfeited his 11 increments.
