ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Defendant-appellant is in the regular second appeal against the judgments passed by the courts below.

Defendant-appellant, who is widow of pre-deceased son claims that both the courts below after finding that she would be entitled to 1/12th share has not specifically described her share in the decree. Learned counsel for the respondents also does not dispute this fact.

In view thereof, the decree passed by the courts below shall stands modified. Defendant-appellant Suneeta Kumari widow of Nirpal Singh shall be entitled to 1/12th share.

Disposed of accordingly.
