Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to declare the petitioner's result for the post of TGT (English) in response to advertisement 2/2023, dated 21.02.2023.

Pursuant to the last order, dated 20.09.2024, petitioner's result has been produced, which has been retained on record as Annexure 'A'. It shows he has secured more than the cut off marks in BCB category, and has been selected in category no.1 for the post of TGT English (ROH). 3.

In view thereof, the Commission is directed to recommend the petitioner, who shall be appointed by the Department as TGT English (ROH) as per merit, subject to fulfilling the requisite conditions. The appointment shall be with all notional service benefits from the date other selected candidates pursuant to the advertisement in question have been appointed. The direction shall be carried out by the respondents within four weeks of receiving a certified copy of the order.
