1. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.5 - The Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.18, dated 26.2.2024 registered at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur under Sections 452, 323, 34 of Indian Penal Code, is got investigated fairly and expeditiously in accordance with law. It is further directed that scientific investigation especially pertaining to the CCTV footage recorded in the DVR installed in the house of the petitioner be got conducted efficiently, so that a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is submitted thereafter at the earliest after taking into account all the relevant circumstances pertaining to the GEETA RANI 2024.09.25 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
