**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, at the outset, submits that challan stands presented against the petitioner, thus, the petitioner is supposed to seek regular bail from the trial Court.

On being confronted aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial Court may be directed to decide his bail application on the day he would surrender.

The trial Court is directed to decide bail application of the petitioner on the same day, if petitioner surrenders on or before 20.01.2023. Disposed of.
