DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention towards the order dated 27.01.2023 (Annexure P-4) and also the latest order dated 11.09.2023 passed by the Trial Court, whereby presence of the petitioner is being duly reflected to be on interim bail. The limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Trial Court should be directed to dispose of the application for regular bail of the petitioner on the same date and that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the Trial Court concerned.
In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court within 15 days from today and on his such surrender, the Trial Court shall consider his bail application and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and till the disposal of that application, he shall not be taken in to custody.
