Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent No.4 to upload the credentials and experience certificate of the petitioner on the website of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited and keep her in service through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing a petition i.e. CWP No.4791 of 2024, titled as "Renu Dangi vs State of Haryana and others", which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 07.05.2024, by passing the following order:- "The petitions have been filed with the grievance that petitioners' experience as Beldar in Sampla Water

Works Department under the fourth respondent in CWP No.4791 of 2024, and fifth respondent in CWP No.8509 of 2024, have not been verified, resultantly they have not been able to get deployment through the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that so far the petitioners have not approached the respondents with certificates issued by their employer, dated 03.02.2023, Annexure P-9 in CWP No.4791 of 2024, and 30.03.2024, Annexure P-10 in CWP No.8509 of 2024, and only on that account verification could not be done. In case the petitioners approach the fourth respondent (fifth respondent in CWP No.8509 of 2024) by submitting a representation alongwith the requisite certificates, their experience will be verified from the record and the outcome will be duly communicated, within four weeks of receiving the representation.

3. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petitions being disposed of in terms thereof.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thereafter the petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.05.2024 and on the said representation, the experience certificate of the petitioner has already been verified vide letter dated 28.08.2024 (Annexure P-5). The relevant portion of the said letter, reads thus:- "In the above said judgment, the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh has directed the

respondent No.4 to verify the experience certificate of the petitioners i.e. Miss. Renu Dangi D/o Late Sh. Suresh which is only relates to this office after submitting the representation of Miss. Renu Dangi received through her counsel vide his office Memo No.1/Representation dated 20.05.2024 which was received in this office on dated 24.05.2024.

Accordingly in compliance of the Judgments of Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, this office has verified the experience certificate submitted by the petitioner as verified from the office record and the same has been intimated to your good office, vide this office letter No.5157-61/70G dated 06.06.2024. However, the copy of the above said letter is also enclosed for your reference.

In view of the above, it is also intimated that this office has made the compliance of judgment dated 07.05.2024 within the time of 4 weeks i.e. on 06.06.2024 and nothing has been left out on the part of this office." 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that despite the fact that the experience certificate of the petitioner has already been verified, the concerned DDO - respondent No.4, has not uploaded the same on the website of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited. He submits that at this stage, petitioner would be satisfied, if some direction be issued to respondent No.4 to upload the credentials and experience certificate of the petitioner on the website of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited.

Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record of the case.

Without going into the merits of the case at this stage, the present petition is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned DDO - respondent No.4 and submit her verified credentials and experience certificate, which shall be uploaded by respondent No.4 on the website of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited, in terms of Instructions dated 13.08.2024 (Annexure P-6).
