Mr. Gurpreet Singh, Advocate for Mr. J.S. Ghumman, Advocate for the complainant. ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that out of total 27 prosecution witness, 06 have already been examined and 07 have been given.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to again approach this Court for grant of regular bail, in case, there is any delay in conclusion of trial which is not attributable to the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as aforesaid. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, but preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order under intimation to this Court.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the trial Court for strict compliance.
