CM-1952-C-2020 This is an application for withdrawal of the main appeal on the ground that the parties to the lis have since entered into a compromise. Notice of the application.

Mr. Siddharth Sharma, Advocate, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the sole non-applicant/respondent and states that he has no objection if the application is allowed and the main appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel, the main case is taken on board today itself.
