Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal case bearing FIR No.0145 dated 11.04.2025 registered under Sections 109(1), 111(2), 126, 190, 191(3), 238 (b) of BNSS, 2023 and 25, 25 (1-B) (a) of the Arms Act at Police Station Bhiwani City. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of disclosure statement of co-accused. In previous statement, co-accused has not named the present petitioner and in subsequent disclosure statement, he named the present petitioner and the whole motive has been changed. The petitioner is not required for any custodial interrogation and is ready to join investigation. He prays for grant of concession of anticipatory bail. 3.

CRM-M-43697-2025 -2criminal antecedents and involved in a gang which is dealing in disputed property. The present petitioner has supplied the fire arm which is used in commission of crime.

After duly considering the rival contentions of learned counsel for the parties; the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation; the allegation against him is serious in nature that he supplied the fire arms and out of 09 accused 05 are at large.

This Court finds no merit in the present petition to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
