Prayer in the instant petition has been made for directing the respondents to get conducted free and fair investigation and submit the report in case registered vide FIR No.0141 dated 12.06.2025 registered under Sections 333, 126(2), 115(2), 324(4), 351(2), 191(3), 190 of BNSS, 2023 at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that an FIR was registered on the complaint of the petitioner and there are clinching evidence i.e. in the shape of CCTV footage wherein accused are easily identifiable but no action has been taken so far by the authority against the accused persons. They are roaming free and threatening him.
