The present petition has been filed for directions to the respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members, from the respondents No.3 to 6. 2.
Notice of motion to respondents No.1 and 2 only. 3.
Since advance notice had already been served upon the State, Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 and waives service. 4.
Petitioner No.1, while appearing through video conference mode, submits that they have been falsely implicated by the police in a criminal case vide FIR No. 238 dated 21.07.2025. He further submits that they had approached the respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Police District Hansi, District Hisar, and filed a complaint against the respondents No.3, 4 and 5 but no action has been taken. Criminal Writ Petition No. 8723 of 2025 beaten up without any reason. He further submits that a direction be given to the concerned authorities to take action against the respondents No.3 to 8, and the instant writ petition be disposed of. 5.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation, filed by the petitioner, if any, within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the instant order, by passing a speaking order.
