The contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 27.03.2018 passed in bunch of writ petitions main being CWP No.17100 of 2016.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Sehajbir Singh, Advocate who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that matter is similar to COCP No.2877 of 2019 which was disposed of on 24.09.2019.

COCP No.3537 of 2019 -2that respondents preferred LPA and thereafter SLP, which were dismissed. He states that needful will be done within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of above, the contempt petition is disposed of. The petitioner would be at liberty to revive the contempt petition, in case, the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents today in Court is not adhered to. It is further clarified that in case, the petitioners are forced to revive the contempt petition, costs may be imposed.
