The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to take appropriate steps against respondents No. 4 to 7 as they are harassing the petitioner and thrown out of her matrimonial house with a further prayer that directions be issued to respondent No. 2 to take decision on the request/representation dated 14.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) pending before him. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to pursue her representation before the competent authority and take all other appropriate remedies as available to her in accordance with law.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
